My Yoga classes benefit not only the physical body, but also the mind and spirit, by incorporating Pranayama, Kriya, Asana and Meditation and Mantra
Regular practice can boost performance, both physically and mentally. Yoga improves flexibility, strength, and balance, but also focus, concentration, and mental clarity
Yoga helps quiet the mind and connect with your inner self, fostering a deeper understanding of one’s true nature and promoting a sense of inner harmony and balance.
Experience the benefits of Yoga in a serene forest setting or from the comfort of your own home.
My classes are tailored to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. I strive to create a balanced blend of physical and mental practices, including Asanas, Pranayama, Kriya and Meditation, to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity.
I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, infused with elements of Kundalini Yoga and Kriya, to help my students find inner peace and deepen their connection to themselves. And for those looking for a deeper spiritual experience and have the time to unwind, I love teaching Kaula Tantra Yoga.
Yoga, just like my classes, is inclusive and welcoming to all, regardless of age, ability or background.
So weather you are in Bucharest, or Brasov or anywhere in the world, start your journey today.
Yoga is not just stretching, even if you just look at a Yoga class, it includes postures (Asanas), breath control (Pranayama), and Meditation and therefor is a holistic practice adressing not only the body but also the mind and the spirit.
While it may look like a lot of stretching is going on during most Yoga classes, and it is a great way to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, it offeres so much more like: increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiratory, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, improved athletic performance, cardio and circulatory health, stress management, improved mental clarity, focus and concentration, improved balance and coordination, improved relationship with oneself and with others, improved overall quality of life.
Additionally, the practice of Asanas can be tailored to your level through different, easier or harder variations of the same pose, making it accessible to all. The incorporation of Pranayama, Kriyas, and Meditation also helps to improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and optimize the energy flow within the body. There are many different styles of Yoga to choose from, each with their own unique focus. Whether you’re looking to relax and unwind with Yin yoga or challenge yourself with Ashtanga, there’s a style that will work for you. I highly recommend giving Yoga a try to find what works best for you. Yoga is truly for everyone.
No, you do not need to be flexible to start yoga. Yoga is a practice that can help to improve flexibility over time. The most important thing is to listen to your body and respect your limits. The one thing I like to remind my students of, is that we adapt Yoga to our body and not the other way around. So don’t be discouraged about the impossible Yoga poses you see, for a good teacher knows how to adapt each pose to the capabilities of the student.
Yoga is not a religion, but it is rooted in ancient Indian philosophy. Yoga can be practiced by people of any religion or belief system, and it is often taught in a secular setting.
However as a yoga teacher, I have been blessed to witness the transformation of countless individuals (myself included) who embarked on this journey through Yoga, people who came to their first class feeling lost, disconnected from them selves and their surroundings, and leave feeling grounded, centered, at peace and connected to the Divinity or a greater Source.
I believe that the exploration of the Self through Yoga and Meditation is a transformative one, and I am honored to be able to hold space and guide individuals on this journey.
You need a Yoga mat and comfortable clothing that allow a full range of movement (avoid clothing that is too tight or restrictive). You need no shoes, maybe just some socks and if you practice from home try to have some space where you are undisturbed.
While Yoga can be beneficial for many injuries and medical conditions, it is important that you consult with your doctor and ALWAYS inform your yoga teacher of any concerns, injuries, medical or health conditions before class.
